Introducing the Held Sambia Pro Gloves
As temperatures drop in the northern hemisphere, many riders are looking for gear that can handle the cold weather. German gear specialist Held has introduced the new Sambia Pro gloves, offering a mid-season option for sporty riders.
The Held Sambia Pro gloves are designed with a sport-touring aesthetic, combining different materials and functions to create a versatile option for mid-season riding. The gloves feature a kangaroo leather palm and a blend of Spandex and leather on the back of the hand, prioritizing comfort and mobility. The use of leather also provides better insulation for changing weather conditions. Additionally, the gloves have ventilated inserts for breathability in warm temperatures.
When it comes to safety, the Held Sambia Pro gloves have several features to protect riders in the event of a crash. These include reinforced flat seams for durability, perforated fingers and palms for exceptional abrasion resistance, and a protective plastic shell for the knuckles. The palm is strengthened with SuperFabric and Armaprotec, and the gloves have a wrist slider for added safety. They are also PPE certified according to the EN 15954:2015 standard.
Convenience is also a priority with the Held Sambia Pro gloves. They have a screen wiper on the index finger for visibility in challenging weather conditions, and a tactile insert on the thumb and index finger for touchscreen device usage without removing the gloves. The gloves come with a Velcro tightening cuff for a secure fit. Riders can choose between the short K version and the long L version to suit their preferences and needs.
The Held Sambia Pro gloves are available in black and gray, offering stylish options for different preferences. They come in sizes ranging from 7 to 12, ensuring a comfortable fit for various hand sizes. With a price of $139.99 USD, these gloves strike a balance between affordability and quality, making them a great choice for motorcycle enthusiasts who value both style and functionality.
